This Noble Model 40-A is a pump-action shotgun featuring an approximately 26-inch barrel fitted with an adjustable muzzle-mounted choke marked “The Multy Choke.” It has a wood stock and grooved forearm, with a rubber recoil pad. The shotgun is in fair to good overall condition, showing finish wear, areas of old surface pitting, and fading patina across portions of the barrel and receiver. The buttstock has a visible crack with evidence of a previous glue repair. The bore is excellent, bright and shiny, with no observed pitting, and the action functions properly.
